Our meal plans and nutrition philosophy branch off from the Paleolithic (Paleo) Diet. The paleo diet is designed to resemble what human hunter-gatherer ancestors ate thousands of years ago during the Paleolithic Era.

We try to eliminate foods that are prone to cause inflammation within the body such as grains, gluten, beans & legumes, or excess sugars and salts.
We provide nutrient-rich foods that are packed with fruits, vegetables, and lean meats to supplement the body with the needed amount of vitamins and minerals.
