Delivery
•Delivery is an additional 15% charge of your total subscription order.
•All customers are given a 5-7 minute grace period to receive their meals from our delivery driver. Meals will be brought back to The Boka Box in Hagatna if not picked up.
•Our delivery drivers are instructed and prohibited from entering any residence. We kindly ask you to receive your meal outside your residence.
•Delivery occurs between 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM daily.
•Meals can be delivered to your work or residence between Adelup to Yigo.
•All delivery changes/cancellations must be given to a representative at least 24-Hours in advance for it to be acknowledged. You can contact us by calling or WhatsApp messaging 671-922-2652 or Direct Message us on Instagram @TheBokaBox.
•Non-local numbers will be contacted using WhatsApp message or WhatsApp call.
•Anderson and Navy Base Delivery:
-Must meet in the visitor's area.
-Deliveries cannot be made inside the base.
-Must have 5 or more people subscribed to deliver to Navy base.
Allergies / Special Dietary Needs / Food Preferences
•We accommodate most food allergies to the best of our abilities and will not impose an additional charge for omitting specified ingredients.
•Preference Fee (No Chicken, No Quinoa, No Onions, No Bell Peppers, etc.) = $10.50/week
•Special Dietary Needs (Low Potassium Diet, No Acidic Foods, Seafood Only, Specific Dietary Restrictions, etc.) = $15.75/week
Discounts
• Receive 10% OFF $10.00+ cafe orders when you present your military ID, first responder's ID, or proof of membership with any of our gym partners.
• All active first responders receive a weekly rate of $200.00/week* for full meal subscriptions. Must provide valid ID as proof.
• Military Personnel (Active, Reserve, Veteran) receive a weekly rate of $200.00/week* for full meal subscriptions. Must provide valid ID as proof.
